After years of building and running Microsoft environments (Azure platforms, identity, endpoint estates and the infrastructure-as-code that holds them together), a pattern kept repeating.
Smaller organizations were being sold the same tiered support model as the enterprise, minus the enterprise engineering. Environments got assembled by hand, undocumented, by whoever was on shift. Nobody could explain why a rule existed. Nothing was reproducible. And when something broke, the person who picked up had never seen the environment before.
Cybersong Solutions is the correction. One senior engineer, accountable end to end, building things properly: defined as code, documented as you go, and handed over so you own it. The name is a nod to signal over noise: clear, deliberate engineering instead of a stack of half-configured tools nobody understands.

Infrastructure, policy and configuration live in a repository, versioned, peer-reviewable and rebuildable. Not clicked into a portal and forgotten.
You hold your own tenants, subscriptions and admin credentials. Leave whenever you like and take the documentation and repository with you.
